Returns and Exchanges
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return must meet our eligibility requirements. We strive for excellence and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under NO circumstances. We do not provide refunds on used and tampered items. We will provide an exchange or store credit on products that appear to be defective only. Please promptly contact us with any issues so we can make them right as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. In subject line please title "RETURN". If your return is accepted, we will then contact you via email 24-48 hrs and initiate the return process.
Return process: We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the goods back in our facility, we will then send you an acceptance email and finalize the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We have a 3-day policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to report damages or issues with your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For all damaged goods, please take a picture and email us along with your receipt and or order number to email@example.com
Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you or someone will be available to receive your delivery. Candles are very delicate during extreme warm weather. We are unable to replace melted items.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes all Sales and Holiday sales such a Black Friday, Cyper Mon, Small Biz Saturday or any other promotions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
