Shipping and Processing

Shipping

Currently our shipping is done via USPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the product. We are UNABLE to ship internationally at this time but plan to in the near future.

Please note that your order will ship after completed processing time. 

Order processing time may include fresh production time depending upon the items ordered and stock levels at time of placement. Fresh production time will vary but will not exceed 10 days. Due to the nature of our business of handmade products, some items may need to be made fresh upon order receipt. Order processing time is not included in ship time.

Please allow approx. 5-7 business days for processing. You will be provided a tracking number to track your order 24hrs after a shipping label has been generated and your order has been marked complete. All daily transactions made after 2 p.m.(CST) will be processed the next business day. Any transaction made after 2 p.m. Friday (CST) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.

Processing and Shipping during Sales and Promotions

During online promotions, sales, secret sales, BLACK FRIDAY, Virtual Vendor Events and holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing.You may also expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods due to an extreme influx of orders. Processing times may average 7-10 business days during these times.

Merged Orders, Canceled orders, Split orders

During our Deals of the day, Flash sales, holiday promotions or any sale, any orders processed and then canceled to receive extra discount will cause your entire order to be canceled and refunded. If you choose to cancel an order after placing order, please contact us at info@thecandlebakery.com or contact us through our contact page. We are UNABLE to cancel orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping. We reserved the right to merge orders when multiple orders have been placed, unless shipping addresses are differ. For all large orders that may require several shipping boxes, to ensure safe transist we may split the order in multiple boxes and seperate tracking numbers for each packge will be provided.

COVID-19 IMPACTS

Due to the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS have stated that massive shipping delays may occur. Please refer to your tracking number to track your shipment during transit. We are unable to provide shipping updates once your package has left our facility and is in transit. 

All Free shipping will be shipped through USPS ONLY!!

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs. During the warmer months, shipping occur Monday thru Wednesday to keep your fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facilities all weekend and to prevent melting.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim.

INCLEMENT WEATHER IMPACTS

During periods of inclement weather, shipping and/or processing time delays may occur. During these times travel may be restricted causing delayed scheduled pick ups and/or drop offs to our local postal office. Inclement weather in other locations may also delay our shipping recieving causing a delay in our processing time. We do appreciate you shopping with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict inclement weather environments and we strive to provide you with great customer services and keep you updated on matters like these.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
