Shipping and Processing

SHIPPING 

Currently our shipping is done via USPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the product. We are UNABLE to ship internationally at this time but plan to in the near future.

Please note that your order will ship after completed processing time. Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update USPS’s system. Average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic packages. This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped, The Candle Bakery is no longer responsible for it during transit. It is now the USPS's responsibility to get your package delivered to you. If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly. They will be able to further assist you. We’re only able to see the same information provided to you from USPS once it’s left our facility.

Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us due to you putting the wrong shipping address, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you. 

All Free shipping will be shipped through USPS ONLY!!

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs. During the warmer months, shipping occur Monday thru Wednesday to keep your fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facilities during the weekend.

 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS 

The USPS is currently experiencing major shipping delays so shipping delays may occur. Please be aware that the USPS has been experiencing some challenges (i.e bad weather, lack of staffing due to Covid-19,etc). As a result, many packages have been delayed and are showing up as in transit for days and even weeks. Please understand that because a package is showing up as "in transit" doesn't mean it is lost. Please be patient and allow the USPS additional time to deliver your package. Also, please know that we are not responsible for the shipping delay.

 

PROCESSING TIME 

While we work diligently to prepare and bake your handmade goodies, please allow approx. 5-7 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off of the current amount of orders we have in our queue. We currently have a high volume of orders in our queue due to a growing demand for our products. Order processing time is not included in ship time.

All daily transactions made after 2 p.m.(CST) will be processed the next business day. Any transaction made after 2 p.m. Friday (CST) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.

Once your order is processed and fulfilled you will be provided a tracking number to track your order within 24hrs after a shipping label has been generated and your order has been marked complete.


MERGED, SPLIT AND CANCELED ORDERS 

During our Deals of the day, Flash sales, holiday promotions or any sale, any orders processed and then canceled to receive extra discount will cause your entire order to be canceled and refunded. If you choose to cancel an order after placing order, please contact us at info@thecandlebakery.com or contact us through our contact page. We allow 24 hrs after order is placed to cancel your order. We are UNABLE to cancel orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping. We reserved the right to merge orders when multiple orders have been placed, unless shipping addresses are differ. For all large orders that may require several shipping boxes, to ensure safe transist we may split the order in multiple boxes and seperate tracking numbers for each packge will be provided.

 

Processing and Shipping during Sales and Promotions

 

During online promotions, sales, secret sales, BLACK FRIDAY, Virtual Vendor Events and holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing.You may also expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods due to an extreme influx of orders. Processing times may average 7-14 business days during these times.

 

 

COVID-19 IMPACTS

Due to the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS have stated that massive shipping delays may occur. Please refer to your tracking number to track your shipment during transit. We are unable to provide shipping updates once your package has left our facility and is in transit. 

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER IMPACTS

During periods of inclement weather, shipping and/or processing time delays may occur. During these times travel may be restricted causing delayed scheduled pick ups and/or drop offs to our local postal office. Inclement weather in other locations may also delay our shipping recieving causing a delay in our processing time. We do appreciate you shopping with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict inclement weather environments and we strive to provide you with great customer services and keep you updated on matters like these.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
